Overview：
The pneumatic crawler-type FRP pultrusion equipment produced by Henan Xinjinglong Intelligent Robot Equipment Co., Ltd., combined with FRP pultrusion molds, is mainly used for FRP pultrusion profiles in wind power projects. The fiberglass pultrusion equipment is mainly composed of seven parts: traction machine, connecting table, electrical control system, mold shaping table, cutting saw, post-curing box (optional), and winding machine. It adopts PLC programming control system and is a stepless traction machine. Automatic fiberglass pultrusion production integrating speed regulation and automatic cutting
equipment.

Multi-point temperature measurement enables more precise control of mold temperature.
2. The traction system adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation. The traction speed regulation range is: 0.15~0.7m/min.

3. The traction system is designed for small-section, hollow thin-walled profiles, with an effective compression length of up to 3 meters.
It is clamped with polyurethane rubber blocks, which has good wear resistance, environmental protection and durability.
4. The integral retractable traction frame is easy to adjust and effectively ensures that the traction force is in the same direction as the product.
5. The entire production line adopts PLC programming control to realize intelligent automated operation and high sensitivity.
